Deposits:
We do not accept credit cards. To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, your reservation will be confirmed either by email or telephone. The balance due is payable upon check-in by personal check or cash.
Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the scheduled stay. If cancellation is received fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled stay, the deposit will be returned only if the cottage is re-rented. No refunds for early departures.
