Directions

Guests may fly into Bangor or Bar Harbor.

If driving, take 1-95 to Augusta, then take Rt. 3 to Belfast, then Rt. 1 north through Bucksport to Orland. At the Shell Station in Orland pick up Rt. 15 to Blue Hill. Continue on Rt. 15 until you reach the T intersection in Blue Hill, turn right and continue on Rt. 15 for 4 miles (through the blinking light intersection) to the next stop sign. Watch for the Sunrise Cottages road signs.

Turn right onto Rt. 176, go 2.3 miles to C&G Growers and a Gulf Station on the left. Turn left before the gas station, staying on Rt. 176/175, cross the Bagaduce Falls and come to a stop sign. Turn right onto Rt. 176 and continue for ~5 miles (watch for Sunrise Cottages road sign), turn left onto Varnumville Road, continue for 1 mile and you have reached Sunrise Cottages.
